Milard Roper
Here at OM Bjj we trace our lineage directly back to Master Renzo Gracie for BJJ and Jigoro Kano for the art of Judo. Owing everything to his teachers he feels blessed to have made such powerful connections in both the Martial Arts as well as Yoga communities. He has been graced with so many great teachers and friends along his martial path. He has studied Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for 23 Years under such great instructors as Amal Easton, Jay Jack, Joe Scarolla , Tom Muller , Nick Serra and Rich Korfhage. Sensei Milard received his black belt in BJJ from his Professor, Rich Korfahge, He Continues to study with Sifu Ralph Mitchell learning the art of JKD and Sensei Joe Turchiano in the art of Judo. Before coming to BJJ he had extensive instruction from other world class martial artists like Chan Bong and Louie Jack Man.
Seamus Roper
Seamus Roper teaches the kids and teens programs at OM BJJ. He has studied Martial arts since he was old enough to walk. He is a purple belt in the art of BJJ as well as. a brown belt in the art of Judo under Sensei Joe Turchiano. He has a warm and welcoming nature when he teaches and knows how to command a room of 20 kids.
